5 years of experience leading programs across multiple geographies and time zones.

Partner with GenAI Safety, Security, Trust and Safety, and Legal teams to manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of model deployments.
Streamline execution, refine operational processes, and implement tooling upgrades across all launch programs.
Identify, investigate, and resolve critical bottlenecks to keep research and engineering teams moving quickly.
Build consensus and influence key outcomes across teams without relying on direct authority.
Author and maintain end-to-end launch playbooks, standardized templates, intake reviews, and go/no-go approval workflows.
