Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead evaluation programs for AI safety, tool calls, and multi-turn assessments across Nemotron models. You will shape scope, risks, resources, and release criteria while coordinating cross-functional teams and leadership communication.

Deliverables include safety evidence, mitigations, and governance for release decisions. The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end safety planning and measurable risk reduction in cutting-edge AI projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, product development, technical operations, or a similar area.
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture, frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with LLM development, post-training, inference, tool calling, evaluation datasets, and model-release lifecycles.
• Experience directing programs related to AI/ML development, model evaluation, agentic safety, security, content safety, hallucinations, and/or production releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for evaluation identification, selection and execution.
• Track results for all evals and develop mitigation and research plans with clear owners and deadlines.
• Lead end-to-end safety planning for Nemotron models, including scope, dependencies, risks, and release-readiness criteria.
• Translate safety priorities into executable programs covering LLM security, frontier risks, agentic safety, hallucinations.
• Establish governance for reviewing safety findings, assign severity, and document risk decisions before release.
