Broccoli is hiring an AI Customer Strategy Lead to onboard customers and drive real value on our platform. You’ll own end‑to‑end rollout, from scoping and configuration to adoption and measurable impact across front office teams and field technicians.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in implementation, onboarding, deployment, or platform migration at a high‑growth software or ops‑heavy company.
• Experience turning customers live and achieving adoption across a portfolio, ideally SMB or multi‑location.
• Ability to quantify impact with adoption, retention, time‑to‑value, revenue or operational improvements.
• Strong data skills to pull numbers, tell a data‑driven story, and earn trust with executives and frontline operators.
• Comfort working in person five days a week in San Francisco with a cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities

• Own the rollout from signed to live on the platform: scoping, configuration, launch, and adoption across front office and locations.
• Learn each customer’s operation and configure the platform to fit their workflows.
• Drive adoption and value, quantifying ROI, revenue, conversions, and labor savings.
• Manage a portfolio of rollouts, keeping each on track to go‑live and realize value.
• Be the customer’s trusted partner, running day‑to‑day operations and turning frontline results into leadership‑level reporting.
• Partner with engineering to align the customer, configuration, and outcomes while contributing to scalable playbooks.
• Influence delivery models and signal roadmap with field learnings to improve the product.
• Feed field feedback to Product to guide future improvements.
