Job summary

Maxinsights is seeking a Solutions Manager to bridge customers and internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will own projects from discovery through delivery in AI, robotics, and autonomous driving, ensuring scalable, high-quality data solutions.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, customer orientation, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment while expanding relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in solutions engineering, technical sales, project management, or related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in AI, robotics, autonomous driving, data services or related tech.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI data lifecycle: collection, annotation, delivery, model training and evaluation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured technical and project plans.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer engagement lifecycle for AI, robotics, and autonomous driving projects.
• Lead technical discussions to understand business objectives, workflows, and data requirements.
• Design customized AI data collection and delivery solutions with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Define project scope, workflows, data requirements, annotation specs, deployment environments, and hardware needs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource needs, cost structures, and end-to-end delivery strategies.
• Execute customer projects from kickoff to delivery and ensure high-quality data outcomes.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and data delivery consistent.
• Support commercial teams with technical proposals, SOWs, project scopes, and pricing materials.
