The role oversees 3D object detection, pose estimation, and model development using NVIDIA Jetson, OpenCV, and PyTorch/TensorFlow, while mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Robotics, CS, Math, Physics or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience spanning robotics and AI.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming, integration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and roadmap for object perception R&D, including 3D detection and pose estimation.
• Guide architecture for multi-sensor perception pipelines (RGB, depth, LIDAR).
• Mentor and manage a team of AI engineers; hire and develop talent.
