Qualifications

• 5–10 years of governance, risk, or compliance experience in financial services/insurance.
• Able to coordinate programs and execute deliverables independently.
• Clear, concise written communication for executive materials.
• Familiar with AI governance concepts: use-case risk assessment and responsible AI.
• Able to shift between strategic coordination and hands-on execution.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving program with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Governance Operations: support AI review team, coordinate meeting logistics, prep briefing materials, track actions, escalate and report status to leadership.
• Program Execution: develop and maintain project plans, own execution of roadmap deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Draft and execute governance communications, including notifications, training materials, and reference guides.
