Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks an Analytic Solution Advisor to drive data-based business outcomes. You will design and implement analytics solutions, translating technical insights into business value for leaders and partners across Enterprise Analytics Office and Technology.

You’ll lead complex projects, collaborate with data scientists, and translate findings into actionable guidance while advancing AI risk and governance initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate studies in statistics, actuarial science, engineering or related quantitative field, business science or MBA preferred.
• Certifications are not required but encouraged.
• Eight or more years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads advanced analytics projects.
• Consults with business partners to define and structure analytic projects.
• Analyzes trends and patterns in structured and unstructured data and communicates insights.
• May lead multiple concurrent projects.
• Builds and communicates analytic work using data visualizations.
• Uses statistical techniques to determine patterns and future outcomes.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop analytics strategies.
