Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off or inaccurate.

You will score across adherence, quality and realism, provide concise explanations in English, and help improve AI systems by identifying issues such as distorted motion, repeated text, or audio-video mismatches.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on tasks.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
