Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what was off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how AI systems reason and improve through precise evaluations, with flexible hours and automated earnings potential. Remote work supported worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to describe findings clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts, motion issues, text errors, or audio mismatches.
• Write specific in-English explanations of findings with evidence.
