Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of replaying or zooming in when needed.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when alternatives have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank AI-generated images/videos versus prompts and explain which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and write explanations in English.
