Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges for naturalness and usefulness, then explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent decision-making when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
