Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to discuss natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Eligible to work from the accepting regions: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom and replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard to justify your rating.
