Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which better follows prompts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely and noting issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues and improvements.
