Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality and realism, then write concise explanations in English to help improve AI systems. Benefits include free access to leading LLMs and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing real scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English citing observed issues.
