Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and high attention to detail. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and weekly payments, plus free access to leading LLMs and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Able to articulate decisions with concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video desynchronization.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what was observed, to support model improvement.
