Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely and replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely—zoom, replay, and spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
