Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking an AI Researcher to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including LLM-based solutions and RAG workflows. The role spans experimentation to production, requiring hands-on coding, model composition, and product-level accuracy benchmarking.

The candidate should hold an MS/PhD in CS/ML or exceptional BS with strong research/open-source credentials, with proficiency in PyTorch, Python, and relevant tooling.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have advanced degree or proven heavy research background.
• First-author publications at major ML conferences or substantial open-source ML contributions.
• Experience fine-tuning open-weight models and explaining fine-tuning choices.
• Strong Python and PyTorch; familiarity with current training/serving stacks.

Responsibilities

• Take an idea from paper to prototype to production.
• Build the model layer of a real product and manage end-to-end system integration.
• Write real code in Python and PyTorch and optimize training performance.
• Design experiments with clear hypotheses and report results objectively.
