Job summary

Innovaccer in San Francisco seeks a Principal AI Researcher to lead production-grade AI systems, solving complex problems at scale. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including LLM-based solutions, AI agents, RAG, and automation workflows.

The ideal candidate is hands-on and owns the full AI lifecycle, from experimentation to production. You will work closely with product and engineering teams and mentor others to raise the bar.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end ML research initiatives.
• Publications or shipped models with impact.
• Ability to deploy models with production-grade reliability.
