Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics, computer science, biomedical informatics, computational biology, artificial intelligence, data science, or closely related field.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• At least 2 years of experience with large language models including evaluation, prompt design, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
