Normal Computing invites exceptional researchers and engineers to join the AI Research Residency in Mountain View, CA. You'll work with a mentor, contribute to agentic AI and code-generation platforms, and publish your findings.

You'll co-author papers, present at a company colloquium, and transform research into production-quality prototypes with cross-functional collaboration across hardware and software teams.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or completed MS/PhD in CS, AI, or related field.
• Publications are a strong plus.
• Proven research track record and reproducibility focus.

Aufgaben

• Develop multi-agent and RL strategies for agentic code generation.
• Build evaluation suites and dashboards for performance and reproducibility.
• Acquire and curate datasets; generate synthetic data where needed.
• Co-author a research paper and present at the residency colloquium.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to scope and run investigations.
