Odyssey invites applicants for its AI Residency—a program designed for post-MS researchers who can demonstrate ML research ability, with strong ML and software fundamentals, and a drive to rapidly build expertise in world models and related areas.

You will work embedded in a research pod on live projects—world simulation, multimodal generation, robotics, or multi-agent systems—guided by senior researchers, with the aim of earning an extended full-time offer at Odyssey.

Formación

• Post-MS or equivalent experience with evidence of ML research ability (courses, thesis, internships, results, open-source)
• Strong fundamentals in machine learning and software engineering
• Willingness to quickly build expertise in world models, generative video, multimodal learning, robotics, or multi-agent systems

Responsabilidades

• Work embedded within a research pod on live projects (world simulation, multimodal generation, robotics, or multi-agent systems)
• Take on scoped pieces of the roadmap under guidance of senior researchers/engineers
• Run experiments, build/train/evaluate pipelines, iterate with real compute
• Contribute to the models shipped and see results in real systems
• Learn full frontier research loop: hypothesis, implementation, experimentation, honest evaluation
