Tektora is seeking a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph cleared Technical AI Requirements Systems Engineer for a hybrid role in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will collaborate with customers, systems engineers, and developers to define, test and deliver AI-enabled capabilities within a mission-critical enterprise system.
The role requires hands-on technical execution, the ability to translate requirements into technical specs, and active engagement across Agile delivery teams to ensure successful
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is essential.
- Ability to elicit, analyse and document detailed functional requirements for AI-enabled capabilities.
- Ability to translate high-level requirements into Jira user stories and epics.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, design and implementation of a mission-critical system.
- Work with customers to elicit and document functional requirements.
- Convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Translate requirements into Jira stories and epics for development teams.
- Perform hands-on technical execution and low-level requirements definition.
- Conduct functional testing and validation of new features.
- Serve as a technical liaison across systems engineers, software developers and domain experts.
- Present AI approaches and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engage with development team and participate in Agile delivery.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML capabilities to enterprise applications.
