Job summary

Lenovo in Chicago is seeking an AI Reliability Operations Engineer to sustain the health of Qira's production and non-production systems across devices. You will handle incident response, monitoring, and observability for model performance, latency, and data pipelines, spanning cloud services and device integrations.

This hybrid role requires strong English communication, experience with SRE practices, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in incident response or an SRE-adjacent role.
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog) and alerting (PagerDuty, OpsGenie).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and cloud monitoring in Azure.
• Clear, precise written communication in English, especially under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident response and cross-functional triage to fully resolve issues.
• Monitor health via Grafana dashboards and verify resolutions.
• Coordinate change requests and maintain accurate incident records in ticketing systems.
• Support releases and configuration changes with pre/post deployment checks.
