Qualifications

• Background equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or a Master''s with relevant internship or military experience).
• 2+ years in customer-facing or lab-based engineering roles, OR equivalent internship / military / academic project experience for recent graduates.
• Working proficiency with IEEE 802.3 Ethernet and TCP/IP internetworking.
• Familiarity with core data center and routing protocols such as VxLAN, EVPN, BGP, and OSPF.
• Foundational Python scripting ability for automation and test tasks.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset and adaptability.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and help build solutions across Keysight products, including AI data center test solutions, under guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in design and consultation sessions with prospective clients, contributing protocol knowledge.
• Work on well-defined technical problems and collaborate across teams to support customer needs.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
• Support sales presentations, product installations, and maintenance to ensure smooth integration.
• Assist with integration of Keysight products into customer environments and verify interoperability.
• Aid customers in validating AI/ML back-end networks, including RoCEv2/RDMA and lossless Ethernet behavior, with senior support.
• Tailor solutions to customer needs by applying networking, routing, and data center fabric knowledge.
• Develop product demonstrations and customer training materials.
• Use Python automation to improve efficiency and support rapid prototyping and QA automation framework understanding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition in networking and AI fabric tech.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management and share customer feedback to refine features.
• Support sales by helping build proof-of-concept tests.
