Qualifications

• Background equivalent to U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years in customer-facing engineering roles, with pre-sales preferred.
• Expert proficiency with IEEE 802.3 Ethernet and TCP/IP internetworking.
• Experience with data center/backbone architectures and protocols: CLOS, Leaf/Spine, VxLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SR.
• Advanced Python automation/scripting with REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with traffic generation / network test equipment.
• Expertise in AI/ML data center networking: RoCEv2/RDMA, lossless Ethernet, congestion control.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and consultation sessions with clients, showcasing protocols expertise.
• Craft advanced technical solutions for Keysight products (e.g., IxNetwork) and AI data center tests.
• Own complex problems and coordinate across teams for customer outcomes.
• Deliver sales presentations, product installations, and maintenance.
• Integrate Keysight products into customer environments and ensure interoperability.
• Mentor junior Solution Engineers and act as escalation point for complex opportunities.
