Reality Labs is seeking a data governance and quality leader to inventory datasets supporting NPI and supply chain processes. You will own dataset discovery, profiling, and quality assessments, engaging cross-functional stakeholders to define readiness for AI initiatives.

The role requires strong SQL and Python (Pandas) skills, a deep understanding of data governance, and the ability to deliver an 8-week assessment with actionable remediation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Management and Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise-scale dataset inventories and data quality assessments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, or NPI processes.
• Advanced SQL for data profiling and analysis; Python skills with Pandas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a dataset inventory for NPI and supply chain processes.
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews to assess data ownership and governance.
• Evaluate datasets using a seven-dimension data quality framework and document findings.
• Develop scoring rubrics and provide remediation recommendations with business impact.
• Prepare executive-level findings and transfer knowledge to the data engineering team.
