Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role with proficiency in a programming language.
• Proven ability to review code and technical data for correctness.
• Experience leading quality assurance for a technical product.
• High attention to detail and comfort making judgment calls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own final quality review before datasets are delivered.
• Work with engineers to automate QC workflows.
• Partner with teams to identify and correct quality issues.
• Own quality metrics and report to leadership.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives as AfterQuery scales.
