The role requires 10+ years in data architecture and production-grade AI experience, with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric experience highly preferred. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role at HP.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-ready data foundations for LLMs and agentic workflows.

• Prototype, validate, and scale new architectural patterns with AI vendors.
• Shape enterprise data strategy, platform architecture, and governance.
• Build hands-on solutions using LLMs, not just evaluations or recommendations.
• Engage with executives, translating architecture into business context.
