Job summary

Deltek, a global leader in project-based software, seeks an Enablement & Adoption lead to drive how AI-ready data capabilities are requested, interpreted, and consumed across the organization. You will design training, guidance, and self-service resources to scale demand that previously relied on one-to-one support.

Collaborating with Business Engagement Partners and Portfolio Operations, you will build materials, measure adoption, and continuously improve enablement practices to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enablement, training, change management, communications, or related field in SaaS or data/analytics teams.
• Self-directed, prioritizes against goals, drives work to completion with minimal oversight.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Translating technical material into clear guidance for non-technical users.
• Strong communication skills across channels and audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; acts without waiting for direction.
• Experience building training materials in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in a SaaS company; AI and automation interest a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adoption & Enablement Ownership: shape how users become aware of and adopt data capabilities; design training and guidance at scale.
• Awareness & Communication: translate standards into business-usable guidance and share updates and success stories.
• Self-Service & Adoption Resources: create and maintain materials that enable independent data consumption.
• Adoption Feedback & Continuous Improvement: run end-to-end feedback loops and iterate based on findings.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: partner with Business Engagement Partners, Data Quality Operations, and Portfolio Operations.
• Adoption Measurement: establish meaningful adoption measures and direct enablement efforts accordingly.
