Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. seeks an IT AI Enablement Specialist to operationalize the company’s AI strategy by turning capabilities into practical training and clear communications for business users.

You will partner with IT and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measurable value from AI initiatives. You will develop user-facing education, coordinate enablement activities, and support executive-ready updates and demos, while maintaining knowledge repositories and calendars for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information systems, education, or related field.
Experience developing communications, training materials, work instructions, presentations, or stakeholder-facing documentation.
Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, project coordination, or business transformation initiatives.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate AI enablement communications, training, adoption activities, and enablement materials across business functions.
Develop clear, business-friendly communications that explain new AI capabilities, use cases, benefits, timelines, and adoption expectations.
Create and maintain training content, work instructions, FAQs, quick reference guides, presentations, and other resources for AI tools and processes.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities including meeting prep, status updates, feedback collection, and follow-through.
