Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in technical program management, BI, or enterprise data operations.
• 7 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience establishing data quality frameworks and trust scoring for GenAI readiness.
• Experience aligning technology roadmaps with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the execution of Project Strata to transform legacy data tables into star-schema Golden Datasets, canonical metric catalogs, and AI-ready products.
• Oversee strategy and operational governance for the REWS enterprise reporting ecosystem (190+ dashboards) and automate recurring manual processes.
• Direct the Data Quality program and serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, REWS Analytics, and CorpEng Engineering.
• Establish executive KPIs and scorecards while optimizing delivery frameworks, risk management, and global data literacy programs.
