Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise semantic models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models, collaborate with BI Analysts and Data Engineers, and ensure governance, security, and data quality across the BI stack.

The role emphasizes DAX measures, CI/CD practices, and collaboration with Data Scientists to enable AI-powered analytics and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong BI/analytics background.
• Experience designing and developing dimensional or semantic data models.
• Experience with Power BI semantic models and DAX required.
• SQL and relational data structures proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise semantic models in Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with BI Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into data models.
• Develop and maintain DAX measures and standardized calculations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security within data models.
• Support AI, analytics, and downstream BI solutions with governed data products.
