Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking an AI R&D Engineer to accelerate the software delivery lifecycle using AI-powered applications and agentic workflows. You will collaborate across SDLC, RAG pipelines, and central tools to deliver robust AI features for internal teams.

The role emphasizes secure AI governance, scalable microservices, and telemetry-driven value reporting, with opportunities to work across global engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in software engineering (backend/frontend) with hands-on AI/ML development or integration.
• Proficient in Python and C#/JavaScript/TypeScript with strong API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with LLM tooling, prompting, evaluation, safety, and with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate AI-powered apps and services for accelerated SDLC.
• Deliver production-grade APIs, microservices, and frontends using ML and retrieval/agent patterns.
• Create reusable components for code assistance, docs summarization, knowledge search, and test generation.
• Demonstrate agentic workflows for security scanning, remediation, and pipeline automation.
• Integrate AI features into central tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, VMware).
• Build telemetry dashboards to measure adoption and value of AI tools.
