Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will pilot live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18 USD per hour, plus incentives, and receive free access to leading LLMs to assist with tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or misalignment, text errors, and audio-video sync issues.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what you saw or heard.
