Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rate how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
