Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with an AI voice model, score output quality, and compare image/video pairs to determine which better adheres to the prompt. Work remotely on your own schedule and write clear explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain issues.
• Comfortable with live conversations with AI voice models.
• Ability to articulate reasoning clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation of findings in English.
