Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank responses, and compare AI-produced images and videos against prompts, detailing issues in written form from your home on a flexible schedule.

You'll help shape AI systems by explaining errors and ensuring outputs align with prompts. Remote work offers flexible hours, weekly pay and access to leading LLMs, with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Nice to have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Able to think on your feet and describe decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted visuals, misaligned audio or text errors and explain in writing what was wrong.
• Provide concise explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
