Outlier is offering a remote, flexible, freelance role where you review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in written form.

This position emphasizes accuracy, clear English communication, and structured feedback to improve AI performance. Contributors work on their own schedule from home or while traveling, with paid weekly via ACH/PayPal/AirTM and access to leading language models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
