Job summary

Exelixis seeks an AI Platform Test Lead to design, implement, and operate AI QE testing platforms across AWS, Databricks, and enterprise AI tools. You will shape architecture for a multi-cloud AI ecosystem, enabling rapid experimentation while ensuring security and compliance in a regulated life sciences environment.

The role emphasizes staying ahead of AI trends, validating new technologies, and enabling scalable AI capabilities within the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality engineering and testing, AI/ML engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with AI test platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with AI QE testing platforms (e.g., Tricentis/ACCELQ/Mabl/LambdaTest/Katalon).
• Expertise with enterprise LLM platforms (Claude or OpenAI) and LLM architectures (RAG, embeddings, Vector DBs).

Responsibilities

• AI QE Test Platform strategy and architecture across cloud and data ecosystems.
• Design interoperable AI-driven QE test solutions for SaaS and in-house products.
• Operationalize reusable AI capabilities: orchestration, monitoring, and observability pipelines.
• Ensure compliant and secure AI deployments (GxP, HIPAA where applicable).
• Drive adoption of agentic SDLC practices and CI/CD integration.
