Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–1 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering role.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks using Java and Python.
• Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and practical experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Interest or prior experience testing AI-powered applications (e.g., chatbots/AI/ML systems).
• Experience with Hybrid Automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts/tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and Python for new features.
• Perform API testing and validate endpoints using Postman or Rest Assured frameworks.
• Conduct database testing with SQL queries to ensure data integrity.
• Own quality for features and collaborate on requirements, test cases, and sign-off.
• Track and report testing progress using JIRA, ADO, or ALM and understand CI/CD concepts.
• Develop and execute test plans for AI/ML applications, including chatbot testing.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance testing workflows and data generation.
• Ensure AI systems' reliability, fairness, and bias handling.
