Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing, helping to shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concrete explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to narrate observations and explanations clearly in writing.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English outlining what was off.
