Job summary

VDart Inc is hiring an AI QE Architect and Governance Leader to drive end-to-end quality, automation, and governance for AI/ML and GenAI in regulated environments. You will design future-state QA frameworks, set testing standards for LLMs, and lead enterprise-wide assurance initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in automation, AI/ML tech, and governance across Energy/Utilities/Nuclear-like domains, with strong leadership and collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years as a Technology Architect, SDET, or QE Leader.
• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience designing automation frameworks for large engineering organizations.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and safety evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Architect future-state AI QE frameworks and testing standards.
• Automate validation pipelines and enforce model governance.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance for regulated environments.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
