AI QA Tester II

Our client is building cutting-edge GenAI products and looking for a sharp QA professional who thrives at the intersection of innovation and precision. • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 60-70/HR W2

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for GenAI-based applications, including functional, performance, regression, and usability testing
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software quality aligns with responsible AI principles
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to align testing efforts with project goals and user expectations
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management and bug tracking tools, supporting root cause analysis and resolution
• Design nuanced and creative tests to detect hallucination, bias, and consistency issues in AI output

What Gets You the Job:

• 6–9 years of QA or software testing experience with strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Prior experience testing GenAI products or deep familiarity with Responsible AI principles, or a background in data science within a risk-focused domain
• Hands-on experience with UI testing tools such as Playwright or Selenium; familiarity with automation frameworks like Pytest or Jest is a plus
• Solid grasp of the SDLC, QA methodologies, and test strategy design—able to operate independently and lead testing direction when needed
• Comfortable reading or writing test scripts with basic programming or scripting knowledge
