Job summary

SeekWell, the innovator behind 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and The Framery, is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer focused on AI prototyping. You will turn ambitious customer experience ideas into functional, testable prototypes and help evolve our React/Next.js platform to empower non-technical partners.

The role combines strong software engineering with AI exploration, working alongside a marketer and designer to validate concepts and deliver practical POCs that showcase customer value.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack software engineering with deep frontend experience (React/Next.js/TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies within applications or prototypes
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Proven ability to take ambiguous AI-powered concepts and deliver functional POC/prototypes
• Experience with APIs, cloud services, and external data sources

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into functional, testable prototypes across web and mobile.
• Evolve the React/Next.js prototyping platform and create reusable components.
• Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs and other AI models/services.
• Prototype with AI models to determine the right approach for customer use cases.
• Independently define technical approaches to bring AI concepts to POC stage.
• Create realistic customer simulations for internal and external testing.
• Ground AI experiences with customer profile data and guardrails.
• Connect prototypes to content libraries, AI SDKs, APIs, and staging data sources.
• Explore AI-forward design systems and guardrails for brand-aligned experiences.
• Utilize AI-native development workflows with tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot.
