Job summary

Gamma Capital Markets is seeking a lead AI Systems engineer to own the core prompts, models, and pipelines powering text, image, and layout generation. You will work closely with engineering and product to ship improvements used by millions of users, productizing foundation models, and exploring new modalities like voice and video.

You will evaluate frontier models, write production-grade prompts, and build infra to measure success, uptime, latency, and cost across the stack.

Qualifications

• Proven track record pushing foundation models to their limits with prompts at scale.
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating prompts and models.
• Strong data instincts for designing evals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Gamma's LLM and image prompts, measuring quality at scale.
• Develop complex prompts for new features using AI JSX.
• Build evaluation frameworks for prompts and models.
• Drive AI roadmap based on quality gaps and frontier models.
• Curate datasets for fine-tuning and launch new modalities like voice/video.
• Own analytics, uptime, latency, and cost across AI infrastructure.
