HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Enterprise Change Management Lead to drive organizational readiness and adoption for Digital & AI transformation initiatives in enterprise environments. You will partner with CDOs and data/AI leaders to align stakeholders, develop adoption strategies, and measure impact across large programs.

The role requires experience leading enterprise-wide changes, creating actionable deliverables across the five levers, and delivering executive-level communications.

Job Title: Senior Enterprise Change Management Lead - Digital & AI Transformation

Position Overview

Enterprise AI and digital technology transformations require more than technology implementation—they require organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise change management activities and initiatives.
• Partner with Chief Digital Officers and Chief Data & AI Officers to drive ownership, influence, and change advocacy.
• Communicate change goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Align change advisory and consultancy resources with organizational needs.
• Build organizational change capability and maturity through training, communications, and change advocacy.
• Develop change management strategies for enterprise initiatives using structured methodologies.
• Lead change management activities, including change impact assessments, user readiness assessments, and communication strategies.
• Conduct impact analysis with key stakeholders and execute plans addressing organizational and business readiness.
• Partner with Data, Analytics & AI teams to design and implement adoption approaches for AI applications, data platforms, governance frameworks, process changes, and automation solutions.
• Define, measure, and report success metrics and change efforts.
• Support and engage senior leaders as change sponsors throughout large‑scale change initiatives.
• Align stakeholders and teams on change methodologies and activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and measurable business value from data and AI investments.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and feedback while sharing best practices and lessons learned.
• Take ownership of assigned change management deliverables and their successful execution.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide changes stemming from Digital Technology, Data Platforms/Products, Data Analytics, AI Solutions, Applications, or Governance changes.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise change adoption impacting people, including understanding of the change lifecycle and how people adopt change.
• Experience creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers:
  • Communications Plan
  • Sponsor Roadmap
  • Coaching Plan
  • Training Plan
  • Resistance Management Plan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Project Management and Agile development.
• Experience working with data governance, data products, analytics platforms, or AI/ML solutions.
• Experience managing formal IT change processes, training, and go‑live support.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop executive‑level presentations for ELT and Board audiences.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
• Experience managing communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
