About the Team:
- The AI Technical Project Manager (AI TPM) will lead enterprise initiatives focused on Agentic AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent business transformation. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and business value across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with practical experience delivering AI-powered solutions and a passion for identifying opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to real business problems.

THE TEAM
The Platform Solution Management team at Parametric:
- We are responsible for defining and enabling cross-platform business solutions that meet the needs of clients over time. Solutions are products, services, or systems that provide value to the client, whether internal or external to the PPA enterprise.
- Sitting at the intersection of business, clients, and technology, we collaborate with multiple teams to understand solution context and define the solution vision, intent, roadmap, and capability set.
- This team manages changes to the solution vision or roadmap based on enterprise objectives and strategy
- As the organization expands its use of generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics, the team is looking for an AI-savvy Technical Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to rapidly evolving initiatives.
- Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases, value propositions, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, architecture, data, security, compliance, and business teams.
- Coordinate testing and evaluation of AI solutions, including output quality, factual accuracy, reliability, user experience, latency, cost, and business impact.
- Ensure potential risks involving sensitive data, security, privacy, model behavior, hallucinations, bias, intellectual property, and regulatory requirements are identified and addressed.
- Establish project tasks and milestones.
- Assign responsibilities to team members.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create progress reports.
- Help establish repeatable AI-delivery practices, templates, governance checkpoints, and lessons learned.
- Monitor AI solution performance and continuously identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop executive updates and communicate progress to leadership teams.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices and evaluate their applicability to the organization.
