Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. You will lead delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to enable engineering teams to maximize flow and continuously improve delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in project/product delivery and experience with PMO processes, budgeting, and stakeholder communications. EY offers comprehensive compensation and flexible time off options.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, management, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinated closely with finance and chief strategy office
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
Administer and maintain approvals for various EY required certifications.
Onboard new suppliers working with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
