Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. The role involves governing NDA, independence, risk assessments, and other processes, plus financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across engineering, architecture, and product teams.

You will drive Agile delivery, roadmap governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (dashboards, reporting, workflow management).
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinated closely with finance and chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for various EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers working with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
