Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership to support strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination while enabling engineering teams to maximize flow and deliver high quality outcomes.

You will manage budgets, approvals (NDA, Independence, Risk), vendor onboarding, and PMO-aligned reporting.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency with project management tools and dashboards.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordination with finance and strategy office.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to PMO standards.
Administer approvals for EY certifications and NDA processes.
Onboard suppliers, coordinating with legal on NDAs and procurement agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmap milestones.
Track delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
Improve delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
Identify and remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
